Junior Account Manager - Business Process (Manila)

Job Description
  • Conducts internal audit work, prepares audit report, performs compliance testing and helps identify/assess company risks. Evaluates existing business processes and recommends improvements to workflows and all internal work processes.
  • Assist in the execution of audit reviews on the quality and effectiveness of internal control.
  • Assist in the performance of investigative audits relevant to fraud and other operational issues as they arise.
  • Assist in risk assessment and formulation of risk responses (entity and process level).
  • Assist in compliance, operations and financial audits.
  • Document control processes and methodologies based on testing results.
  • Conduct field work according to the audit plan.
  • Prepare audit reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • High level of integrity and a team player.
  • Experience with information systems audit and exposure in HMO is an advantage but not required.
  • Actual risk assessment experience is desired but not required.
  • Able to communicate well, with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Amenable to work across Estancia Mall.
  • Willing to start immediately.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Accounting: 1 year preferred
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year preferred
Other Details
  • Location: Pasig/Estancia Mall area (as noted for the role)
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift

Sales/Business Development Manager

Location: Pasig City

Job Description
  • Qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Registered Engineer is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Extensive experience in construction management, bid proposals, documents and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.
  • Above-average knowledge in data analysis, report writing, market research and programs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing initiatives and programs for the company, develop marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Develop marketing opportunities and plans, implement new sales plans.
  • Collaborate with management to identify sales growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Promote effective business relationships with clients.
  • Analyze budgets and prepare annual budget plans to ensure goals are met.
  • Identify market trends and suggest improvements to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the sales and marketing team; collaborate with engineering on client requirements for bidding.
Compensation & Other Details
  • Salary: Php60,000.00 – Php100,000.00 per month
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
