Global Strategic Sourcing Lead | Building High-Impact Talent Pipelines

As a Process Excellence Manager , you will play a key role in transforming operations through Generative AI (GenAI) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This position is ideal for professionals with a solid background in BPO, Shared Services, or Contact Center operations , and a passion for driving efficiency through automation and data-driven process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive GenAI-Powered Solutions using tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini to enhance SOPs, training materials, compliance documentation, gap analysis, and knowledge management.
  • Lead Process Oversight & Automation by identifying inefficiencies and deploying AI-driven solutions in alignment with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Focus areas include claims processing, prior authorizations, and other data-intensive workflows.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders including clients, tech teams, and senior leaders to align on process excellence initiatives and communicate ROI and impact.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement through Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), leading transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement within the BPO, Shared Services, or Contact Center industries.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
  • Proven hands-on experience with GenAI tools and methodologies for automation and process optimization.
  • Exposure to Healthcare BPO operations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PHI) is a strong advantage.
