Job Title: Delivery Manager – Platform and Data Analytics Project Department: IT and Data Analytics Employment Type: Full-time | On-site / Hybrid (as applicable) Job Summary The Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of Platform and Data Analytics projects , ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while adhering to bank standards. The role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate has solid project management experience in the banking or financial services industry , with expertise in Enterprise Data Platforms and technologies such as Informatica MDM, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Power BI . Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects under the Platform and Data Analytics portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Ensure adherence to the bank’s SDLC processes, project governance, and reporting requirements. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget. Manage project resources, including onboarding, utilization, and performance monitoring, in coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to ensure delivery of fit-for-purpose data solutions. Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain project plans, documentation, and progress reports for key stakeholders and management. Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT), defect management, and production transition. Support continuous improvement by driving agile practices, automation, and process efficiency in project delivery. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and operational standards across all data and analytics initiatives. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master) is a plus. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Data Platform delivery management, preferably within a bank or financial institution. Proven experience managing complex projects related to financial applications or data-driven solutions. Familiarity with PMI/PRINCE2 frameworks and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Hands‑on involvement or delivery management experience in one or more of the following subject areas: MDM Delivery Manager – Informatica MDM; BI Delivery Manager – Power BI or enterprise reporting tools; AI Delivery Manager – AI/Data Science Projects on Azure OpenAI. Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Integration tools. Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Informatica MDM, and Power BI. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery. Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
