Job Description
As a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Servicer, you'll be the voice customers trust-educating applicants on MCA products, guiding them through the process, handling objections, and ensuring every interaction builds confidence. The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 or 3 to 5 years of experience
- Highly fluent in English with clear grammar, vocabulary, and minimal to no accent
- Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable managing phone conversations all day
- Social, personable, and able to build rapport quickly with customers
- Proven ability to handle objections, explain products clearly, and guide conversations toward a decision
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Your Daily Tasks
Customer Communication & Sales
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and existing customers
- Call customers when applications are pre-approved, explain the MCA product, answer questions, and guide them toward finalizing their advance
- Handle objections effectively and provide clear explanations to ensure customers understand the agreement and product structure
- Maintain a professional, supportive tone while also driving conversions
Education & Support
- Educate customers on MCA products, the application process, and required documentation
- Provide ongoing support throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Assist customers with gathering and submitting necessary materials to complete underwriting
Process Improvement & Feedback
- Collaborate with leadership to improve how we communicate and educate customers about MCA products
- Relay customer questions, concerns, and feedback to senior leadership to inform strategic improvements
Lead Validation & Support
- Conduct exploratory conversations with potential clients to clarify income sources and gather relevant information
- Validate incoming leads by assessing initial fit before they proceed through underwriting
Documentation & Reporting
- Obtain and accurately record all necessary documentation to finalize underwriting decisions
- Keep organized records of customer interactions, objections handled, and outcomes for review by leadership
