Position Overview The Finance Operations Associate will facilitate financial processes for relevant business activities, ensuring a balance between efficiency and accuracy. The role involves significant cross-functional interaction to align across teams and system architectures, and to track and record all cash movements for cash management and forecasting. Success requires a willingness to improve processes, strong problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requirements. Key Responsibilities Execute daily settlements and disbursements Ensure invoices are generated timely Create journals relevant to accounting for cash recording End-to-end reconciliation and validation of all transactions Ensure day-to-day operations are executed seamlessly with prompt issue resolution within SLA Lifecycle cash management through monitoring, tracking and ensuring compliance Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and increase efficiency Provide support to relevant teams to service needs from merchants and customers Ensure the accuracy of revenue withdrawals for operational purposes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting & Finance, Analytics, or related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Accounting or related functions Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Finance/Accounting systems Experience in invoicing, loan book management, and journal entries related to cash End-to-end reconciliations and lifecycle management Process improvement in existing finance operations Disbursements and settlements related to loan books Keen interest in Fintech, with curiosity for innovations in Finance and AI Seniorities and Employment Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atome by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Finance Associate” roles.
