Marketing Head — Manila Doctors Hospital

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that strengthen our brand, enhance patient engagement, and promote our healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all marketing services and activities across different directorates.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with Sales Team.
  • Manage and optimize the approved marketing budget.
  • Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials, including newsletters, magazines, and other collaterals.
  • Drive and measure lead generation initiatives to support service utilization.
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profit and market share.
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Promote product growth and new service development initiatives.
  • Oversee brand management and corporate identity programs.
  • Manage digital and print marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with agencies, digital partners, and project-based personnel on design and production.
  • Maintain strong internal communications across departments to ensure alignment.
  • Build and sustain effective external relationships with clients, partners, and the broader community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing management, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
