Overview

A leading player in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the brand’s growth and visibility. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, especially within the F&B or hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand vision
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team across various functions
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, influencer, and traditional platforms
  • Spearhead Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives to support branch-level growth
  • Utilize consumer insights, data analytics, and market trends to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies, media, and influencers to maximize brand exposure
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Qualifications
  • At least a 4-year College Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Proven experience as a marketing leader in the F&B or related industries
  • Strong background in strategic leadership and team management
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, influencer engagement, and data-driven planning
  • Track record of creating and managing successful integrated campaigns
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
