Quantity Surveyor

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and specifications for mechanical or electrical projects.
- Conduct cost analyses for various project stages and ensure budgets are adhered to.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to establish project requirements and timelines.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage financial aspects of projects.
- Assist in the development of tender documentation and evaluation of bids.
- Degree in Electrical and Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical QS roles (construction industry must be preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, materials and installation methods.
- Proficient in quantity take-off, cost estimation and preparation of BOQ's for electrical works.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD and QS software (Bluebeam, Planswift, CostX or similar).
- Ability to work closely with engineers, contractors and project teams.
