Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil and Arch) PMQS Construction Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be based on-site in Pasig and have over 10 years of experience in the field. The role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying throughout the project lifecycle, including preparing detailed cost estimates and controlling project budgets. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also assess and advise on contractual claims and disputes, collaborate with project teams, and conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality assurance. Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed cost estimates and control project budgets. Assess and advise on contractual claims and disputes. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality assurance. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience Level: 10+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within civil and architectural projects. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools. Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits as required.
