Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will handle a group of 10 quantity surveyors (cost estimators and autocad operators).

Responsibilities
  • The quantity surveyors for ELV/Auxiliary System is responsible for ocular, design, layout and estimation of CCTV, ACS, PABGM, FDAS, Structured Cabling System, and/or other security and surveillance projects assigned to him. He is also responsible for identifying number of manpower needed for the project, the type and number of materials to be used on the project and provide quality service to our clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Vocational or Bachelor6s course related to ELECTRICAL or ELECTRONICS
  • Similar work experience and TESDA certificate related to building wiring and AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Must have experience in handling people
  • Knowledge in estimation of Auxiliary Systems
  • Technically proficient in cost estimate of projects
  • With Knowledge in design/lay-out plotting of various equipment
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is required
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Must have a very good communication skill and the ability to convey message clearly and concisely
  • No visible body tattoo
  • Willing to do site inspection/ocular visits even in out-of-town areas
