We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting Operations team. This position plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for U.S.-based clients and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end technical recruitment — from sourcing and screening to candidate management and offer negotiation — particularly within staffing or recruiting agency environments. The successful candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and recruit qualified technical professionals for client and internal roles. Conduct resume screening , initial interviews , and candidate assessments . Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process , ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination between candidates and stakeholders. Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks. Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately. Support offer generation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Provide weekly reports on recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and hiring progress. Represent KT Consult professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 4 years of technical recruiting experience . 3 years of experience working in a staffing agency or recruiting firm . Proven experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews . Strong understanding of technical roles and skills across software, IT, and engineering disciplines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (verification required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Ability to work independently in a remote environment , aligned with U.S. time zones . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process management. Demonstrated success in meeting hiring goals and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
