About the Role We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will lead the design and development of intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences. This role bridges creative design turning complex business requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable user interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands‑on design expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners to co‑create meaningful experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. What you’ll do Lead the end‑to‑end UX design process, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprints, stand‑ups, and reviews Facilitate client workshops to gather insights, define requirements, and co‑create design solutions Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across products Conduct usability testing and apply findings to continuously improve the user experience Demonstrate a product‑owner mentality, contributing to strategy discussions and guiding product direction through design insight Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design execution with technical feasibility and business objectives Understand the vision and desires and transform them into designs and user experience journeys with a strong capability to communicate and convey to technical teams What You Bring 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a product‑driven environment Experience with designing Agentic AI platforms (preferred) Proven track record working in Agile or Scrum teams Deep proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design system management Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholder Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholder Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user‑centered design principles.
