I.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY The role encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training. Provides full support to the President and Vice-President in the effective handling of all facets of Human Resources in shared services. II.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Compensation and Benefits Administration Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of Timekeeping process in all companies. Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity and benefit compliance are met according to approved policy. Ensure compliance with the proper handling of Government mandated and Company benefits Ensure 100% error free payroll timekeeping Updated with Government mandated Regional Wage increase and ensure proper implementation across all affiliate companies. Recruitment Efficient Recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring as against timeline and placement of best Talent. Work with Recruitment Specialist in sourcing good talents for key positions in the organizations Keep updated with the different talent search engines to efficiently deliver the required Talent according to timeline. Should be well versed in online recruitment process and work with the team in the delivery of creative approach in Job postings. Employee Relations Effective handling of employee concerns according to the standards set by the company and DOLE. Manage the grievance procedures and facilitating coaching and counseling. Investigate and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner Represent the company for any DOLE concerns raised by employee. Review Code of Conduct from time to time and ensure followed at all times. together with the Functional Heads of different business unitsin the proper handling of employee concerns and due process in placed at all times. Ensure a proper, orderly discipline process in placed during the Admin. Process., All documentation related to the due process proceedings filed in the employee 201-file for future reference. Training and Development Develop developing high impact learning and development programs in line with business needs and priorities. Establish strong partnership with the functional heads of the business to gain a understanding of current business issues and opportunities to address the Learning Program of each member of the organization. Conduct Organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external training partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions. Company Events Management Compliance with Labor Standards and Safety in the Workplace Ensure the company compliance with all aspects of Labor standards including implementation of safety programs for our workers III.JOB SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: A graduate of four-year course, Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related business course TECHNICAL COMPETENCY: At least Five years’ experience in the same capacity #J-18808-Ljbffr
