Overview

Role: Marketing Campaigns Analyst - ShopeePay at Monee . Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns including conceptualization, execution, and preparation of post mortem
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs and prepare management reports
  • Recalibrate and/or innovate campaigns based on project performance and data
  • Ensure smooth, timely and impactful executions and drive continuous process optimizations
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations, Product Management
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of work experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Prior experience in fintech and/or e-commerce marketing will be a bonus
  • Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player
  • Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
