Team: Lifecycle Analytics

Location: Manila | Remote

The Campaign Analyst plays a central role in designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across our channels (in-app, email, push, SMS, Viber etc). You will own the end-to-end performance analysis of targeted campaigns, focusing on:

  • Conversion optimization
  • Customer retention and engagement
  • Lifecycle journey orchestration
  • Revenue measurement and contribution

This role combines the art of creativity with the science of data analysis, CRM automation, and marketing, translating insights into high-performing campaigns that drive real business results.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign analytics & insights

  • Analyze user behavior and campaign response across all funnels (acquisition, activation, reactivation, repayment, upsell).
  • Build dashboards and campaign evaluation frameworks to monitor LTV, conversion, engagement, churn, and revenue impact.
  • Perform cohort analysis, A/B testing and event-based behavior tracking.

Segmentation & personalization

  • Prepare audience segmentation strategies for our campaigns, using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
  • Identify high-value user groups (e.g., dormant, high-spending, early churn risk) and propose targeted interventions.

Lifecycle optimization

  • Define and optimize multi-step journeys for onboarding, activation, cross-sell, retention, and upsell flows.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to create flows based on business logic.
  • Recommend timing, frequency, and channel mix adjustments to improve relevance and reduce fatigue.

Testing & Experimentation

  • Plan and execute A/B, multivariate, and holdout experiments for campaign optimization.
  • Prepare campaigns analysis, calculating conversion and customer value from campaign experiments, including segment-level and core / control groups effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams to integrate campaign insights into product strategy and roadmap.
  • Support business cases for new CRM experiments and conversion-driving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, CRM strategy or advance data anlytics field.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python, R, Looker is a plus.

  • Experience analyzing funnels, LTV, churn, and customer journey stages.

  • Familiarity with statistical testing methods (e.g., A/B, lift, significance testing).
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex findings in a business-friendly format.
  • Highly curious, self-driven, and passionate about making decisions backed by data.
