HR Business Partner

The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key responsibilities include line management support and coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development and succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in global HR initiatives. The HRBP advises on HR policies and assists with the implementation of HR procedures and processes. This role spans more than one functional area within HR.
What does the role involve?The role involves partnering with line management to provide HR consultation, support, and guidance. Responsibilities include support and coaching for management, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, and organizational development. The role also involves managing local HR projects and supporting global HR initiatives. The scope is entry-level into the HRBP function, advising on HR policies and assisting with HR procedures and processes across multiple HR functions.
What you need is:- 5-10 years of HRBP experience (both operational and strategic)
- Talent Acquisition experience (from developing hiring plans to execution)
- International experience (such as volunteering, overseas assignments, or studies)
- High learning agility and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working in complex, matrix, and multinational organizations
