The role bridges Development and Customer Support teams to deliver tailored, high-performing system configurations. You'llbe hands‑on with product configuration, support escalation, testing, and data handling. This is a hybrid role with a strong technical component and a focus on customer satisfaction. Work Arrangement: Work from Home Work Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:30AM-5:30PMJob Description: Respond to and resolve technical support issues and system incidents. Investigate, debug, and apply fixes in staging/production environments. Work with developers and support teams for rapid issue resolution. Configure automated workflows and business processes for clients. Support data imports and ensure accuracy in client setup. Work with both the Development and Customer Support/Implementation teams. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues. Assist the client in onboarding and configuration. Help build robust, functional systems tailored to client needs. Testing, Validation & Documentation Test and document new features, configurations, and bugs. Accurately record fixes, procedures, and client‑specific setups in the help system. Contribute to maintaining a library of knowledge and support documentation. Client Interaction & Onboarding Respond professionally to client queries via phone, email, or video. Track, update, and communicate progress on support tasks and onboarding steps. Assist with client‑facing updates and follow‑ups for implementations. Ensure clear, timely communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. System Monitoring & Performance Monitor system health, performance, and proactively identify issues or bottlenecks. Maintain system integrity and support seamless client cutovers. Qualifications: Must Have: Confident communicator in both written and verbal English. Configuration of complex systems (CRM’s, ERP’s, Other). HTML & CSS, TWIGG, Webhooks & API, JSON Nice to have: Knowledge of PHP and web development fundamentals. Experience with MySQL and writing advanced SQL queries. Understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and version control workflows. Laravel, CodeIgniter, Docker, automated testing (PHPUnit), or low‑code tools like Zapier/n8n.
