We are seeking a Sales and Technical Engineer who will bridge customer needs with technical solutions. This role involves promoting and selling smart home products, providing technical expertise, conducting site assessments, and ensuring successful project implementation. The ideal candidate must have both strong sales acumen and solid technical knowledge to effectively support clients from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell smart home automation products, security systems, and related solutions to residential and commercial clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations for product suitability and installation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for system design, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and recommend upgrades or solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or project engineering (preferably in electronics, automation, or the construction industry).
  • Strong technical knowledge in smart locks, CCTV, gate motors, home automation, or electrical systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD is a plus.
  • Willing to do fieldwork, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
