Drive growth by marketing and selling advanced pumps, motors, and related products. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll engage clients, prepare winning proposals, and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs. What You’ll Do Gather market intel to support sales projections and marketing strategies. Call on prospective clients to promote our products and services. Review customer requirements like tender documents, plans, and equipment specs. Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals/tenders. Negotiate and close deals, drawing up sales contracts. Account Management & Customer Care Deliver product and technical presentations confidently. Provide after-sales support by coordinating project implementation with the Project Management Team. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service. Coach and mentor Pre-Sales Engineers. Additional Responsibilities Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. Consistently produce quality outputs and meet service level agreements. Maintain professional grooming and punctuality.
