Key Responsibilities BTL Activations Management and Execution Lead BTL development and field execution in the assigned area aligned with Marketing, Channel, and Sales objectives. End-to-End Process Leadership Lead the end-to-end process below-the-line (BTL) activations, from planning to execution. Coordinate and execute on-ground activations and below-the-line brand activities in the assigned area. Provide support to the sales team in executing national and regional activation programs. Monitor the achievement of targets and conduct post-assessments to drive growth. Manage external suppliers and agencies within the assigned area. Enhance brand presence and campaign execution across trade by excelling in in-store and outdoor planning, execution, and tracking, all in line with annual marketing priorities. Program Optimization Evaluate and analyze the execution of activation programs within the organization and with external suppliers and/or agencies for his/her assigned area to recommend and strengthen demand-creation activities. Manage budget utilization, liquidation of advances, and payment to third-party agencies. Collaborative Partnerships Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the sales team, distributor partners, and internal teams. Reporting and Communication Supervise the BTL programs’ daily reports generated for the regional sales and operations team. Analyze performance, provide improvement recommendations, and lead cycle meetings to review field execution. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 2 years in trade/channel marketing, field or promo activation, or similar roles. Strong leadership skills with experience managing end-to-end processes. Proficient in budget management and analysis, with strong communication skills for building effective partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
