Interview Schedule: (Oct 20-24) F2F, DS Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Your Function: Review personal loan applications with precision in a high-volume environment Review and verify applicants' information such as personal ID & third-party alternative data, determine credit worthiness of applicants. Interact with the customers over the phone to verify identity and/or employment information, and identify potential fraudulent activities Timely engagement with customers who need assistance or to re-submit information Support auto-underwriting system by identifying, classifying, labelling and evaluation of each application cases Provide meaningful and constructive feedback to the team lead and underwriting manager Qualifications: Fresh graduates with any 4-year course (experience in consumer lending industry is preferred) Willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to handle customer complaints Ability to manage and work under pressure. Skills & Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English; Experience in anti-fraud activity (fake ID, multiple borrowing and etc) Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, and etc; Demonstrated the ability to work in a team-oriented environment; Demonstrated ability to provide good customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
