Join BMG Outsourcing as a Recruitment and Sourcing Admin, where you'll manage candidate sourcing and recruitment administration in a dynamic environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and social media.
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handling initial candidate communication and documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Assisting with onboarding processes and pre-employment screenings.
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in recruitment or administrative roles, though fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
