We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will take charge of the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in using various hiring platforms and ATS tools to attract and secure the best talent. Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | Dayshift The Perks:Monthly AllowanceHMO (+1 free dependent)13th Month Pay15-Days Annual LeaveMaternity, Paternity & Solo Parent LeaveGovernment Contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)Annual Medical Health Check-UpStaff's Milestone CelebrationWeekly/Monthly Company EventsThe Responsibilities:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesOwn the end-to-end recruitment process; arrange interviews with the hiring managers and update them on every step of the recruitment process.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Conducting initial interviews.Consistent updates on both candidates and hiring managers.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.The Qualifications:Proven work experience in recruitment or a similar role. BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a relevant fieldFamiliarity with social media, Indeed, JORA, LinkedIn, and other hiring platformsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Manatal / HubSpot)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various rolesKnowledge in LinkedIn Boolean SearchesOrganize the admin side of the recruiting process and the maintenance of all resumes.Knowledge of software platformsOur Location: Unit 1E, Philexcel Annex, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, 2003 PampangaWho we are:Guerilla Staffing Solutions is a family-owned business with roots in both Australia and the Philippines.
