Join BMG Outsourcing as a Recruitment and Sourcing Admin, where you'll manage candidate sourcing and recruitment administration in a dynamic environment. Your Role: Key responsibilities as follows: Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and social media. Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Handling initial candidate communication and documentation. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Assisting with onboarding processes and pre-employment screenings. Liaising with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team. About You: Ideal candidates will have: A Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). Experience in recruitment or administrative roles, though fresh graduates are welcome. Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
