Job Description:

  • Generate and issue invoices for partners or vendors
  • Processing of all financial and accounting documents required to facilitate payments, disbursements, and collections of Ring Rob
  • Development of financial reports to aid in the analysis of Ring Rob’s financial efficiency
  • Development of sales reports to aid in the analysis of Ring Rob’s sales performance
  • Assistance in execution of Ring Rob promotions and events
  • Process payments received through various channels
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions, payment histories, and outstanding balances
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports for internal use and external audits
  • Ensure that billing practices comply with company policies

What is Ring Rob?

Ring Rob is Robinsons Land Corporation’s digital concierge service, developed to elevate the condominium living experience of the homeowners of RLC. It provides residents with convenient online access to a wide selection of household services.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year financial/ business or any related course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply)
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field. (Previous experience working in Real Estate billing is preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, Microsoft Excel, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, billing regulations, and practices
