Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices and statements to clients; monitor and follow up on overdue payments.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements; prepare necessary aging analyses and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role (some postings require 1 year).
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software; good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to be on-site as required by location.

  • Experience in banks, non-life insurance, property management, condominium associations, or real estate/development sectors is an advantage depending on posting.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices, credit control, and billing compliance.
