What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare, process, and issue invoices and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records (accounts payable/receivable) and support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies; provide excellent client/customer service for billing inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and billing procedures.
  • Support process improvements in finance and billing workflows; participate in ad-hoc activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–6+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations (varies by posting).
  • Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, ProTracker) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with internal teams and external clients/vendors.
  • Familiarity with local tax/compliance requirements and, where noted, Australian billing practices (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid/onsite setup as specified (e.g., 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH; night shifts or other arrangements may apply).
