Business Development Associate (BDA)

Onsite: Congressional, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach tools
  • Understand business needs and qualify prospects
  • Build connections and introduce our value proposition with confidence
  • Set up meetings or pass qualified opportunities to the Sales Directors.
  • Keep your pipeline updated using CRM tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business- or marketing-related course
  • Fresh graduates welcome — no prior sales experience needed. Full training provided, but we value self-starters who are eager to hit the ground running.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Confident, coachable, and eager to learn fast
  • Willing to work onsite in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City
