The Admin Specialist will be responsible for proposing monthly preventive maintenance and health checks to clients and 3rd party vendors, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring that activities are completed on time. Responsibilities Propose monthly preventive maintenance and health check to clients and 3rd party vendors Coordination with 3rd party vendors for activity schedules Coordination between client and engineers for activities Ticket requisition to the Service Desk Team for confirmed activities or requests Calendar creation for Preventive Maintenance and Health Check activities Responsible for ensuring that preventive maintenance and health check activities were completed based on the targeted schedules, or requested by the client/account manager/service delivery manager Consolidate activity reports that are needed for invoices and / or billing purposes Provide requested documents (e.g., Equipment List, Inventory of Devices, Service Renewal Kit, Warranty Kit, etc.) needed by the stakeholders (usually the Renewals Management Team or Service Desk Team) Ensure that inquiries are met within the company's standard service level agreement Checking details via SAP and coordinate with the Renewals Management Team and Account Managers for validation of information Monitoring active tickets via Ivanti making sure that activities were conducted on time and completed Participate in internal and external meetings for alignment that involves scheduling activities and other concerns Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course At least 2 years working experience with proven ability in B2B environments with preference for customer success, account management, implementation, sales, or consulting background Familiarity with any of the following types of platforms/solutions: CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), ERPs (e.g. SAP), collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g. O365) Working Conditions Has attention to details and problem-solving capabilities Has the ability to work under pressure and can work effectively and independently Has good written and verbal communication skills Has good interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and clients Has a service-oriented personality #J-18808-Ljbffr
