Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make an impact. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will take charge of sourcing initiatives to attract top talent and build a strong pool of candidates for our recruitment team.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Initiatives: spearhead all sourcing activities to attract and identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Job Postings: create and post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
  • Candidate Screening: review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and suitability
  • Database Management: maintain and manage a healthy pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaboration: work closely with recruitment and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates
  • Market Research: stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent market shifts to improve sourcing strategies
  • Candidate Engagement: establish and maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
Requirements
  • No BPO experience is required. Recruitment experience or internships in HR are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media recruiting is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
