As part of the HR Global Business Services team, the Staffing Specialist acts as the second point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to recruiting processes. The role ensures efficient staffing operations by resolving cases, supporting hiring activities, and managing stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities Resolve and elevate staffing inquiries; maintain accurate case records Support requisition creation, job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Manage onboarding workflows and generate offer letters Collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring needs Track hiring and turnover trends; generate reports Maintain HR knowledge base and drive process improvements Enhance employee experience through surveys and feedback Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field 1+ year HR/staffing experience; service center background preferred Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with discretion in handling confidential data Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) Global mindset and cultural awareness Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.
