Supports Ecommerce growth across all channels by: (1) monitoring digital metrics; (2) developing strategies using digital market research and analysis; (3) executing digital strategy; (4) helping optimize SEO and SEM strategies; and, (5) ensuring consistency across all communications and website assets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors the website, app and marketplace traffic to ensure bounce rate is at its lowest possible and check for potential choke points in the website that will affect overall performance Monitors, measures and reports all digital metrics across all channels. Coordinates website content with social media platforms to amplify campaign's reach Drives and develops strategies with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on all channels Works with the Marketing team on digital content published on the digital space (includes social media, search engines, etc) using digital market research and analysis and evaluates emerging technologies Attends agency meetings to ensure that our recommendations are properly executed and that they are able to deliver expected results Identifies trends, insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on insights Creates and edits images, graphics, promotional materials for Marketplace Brandstores Assists in copywriting for Ecommerce content and Marketplace Brandstores Ensures consistency across all communications and website assets Works with Marketing, SEO agency and Web Developer on SEO optimization ensuring that organic search and sales will be met. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in ecommerce and digital marketing Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing Must be proficient in using editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop Use of Google Analytics 4 Experience with premium brands or FMCG is a plus Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Management and Manufacturing Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
