
Technical Support Specialist

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking fundamentals, and common office applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco) are an advantage.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
