What You\'ll DoBe part of our client\'s team as a Telecommunication Technical Support Specialist , where you\'ll deliver exceptional service to Australian customers. You\'ll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide clear solutions that build customer trust-all while working with future-focused telco technology.

Shift: Day Shift
Work setup: Onsite in Makati or Ortigas for 6 months during probationary; possible hybrid based on performance after probation

- At least 6 months of NBN experience with TSR background in an Australian telco BPO account (mandatory)
- Bachelor\'s degree in any field, at least 2 years of college, or a 2-year technical/vocational/associate degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM or related tools
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Understanding of customer behavior and market trends
- Passion for customer service and commitment to continuous learning
- Foster positive customer relationships and rapport
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Utilize CRM knowledge effectively
- Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Be knowledgeable about company products and services
- Provide clear solutions in written and verbal communication
- Multi-task efficiently
- Leverage NBN experience when applicable
- Document all customer concerns in the system
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required
