Job Description

Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for usage questions and problems with OpenText products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, respond to cases within service levels, offer production support, analyze issues, provide resolutions, and notify customers. Recreate customer issues and escalate as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver quality satisfaction and resolutions; contribute ideas to the knowledge base.
  • May perform on-call and weekend rotations; participate in related duties or projects as assigned.
