Location Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Role Overview The Telephony Engineer will be responsible for coding, developing, and building the telephony systems used by contact centers, including developing call flow scripts and voice solutions. Qualifications 3 Years of working experience in the listed coding languages Software Engineer/Developer candidates are encouraged to apply Experience managing and developing Aspect, Twilio, Genesys or other contact center platforms Database systems: Oracle/Microsoft SQL Applications: Microsoft, WebSphere, Eclipse, NetBeans, Postman Extensive knowledge of API integrations and development Responsibilities Development for Telephony Systems used by contact centers Develop call flow scripts and assess user experience based on contact center requirements Technical support for call flow changes and initiatives Oversee preparation and planning of call flows and communication improvements Manage the Telephony Platform including IVRS and contact center productivity modules Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Customers Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders, etc.) Customers of these financial institutions Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
