Our Customers:

Ecosystems are built on platforms that support multi-participant markets and multi-point transactions. Therefore, from an ecosystem development perspective, our customers are the participants in these ecosystems.

This can be made clearer by way of example. For the financial services platform, the resulting ecosystem has the following participants:

  • Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders, etc.)
  • Customers of these financial institutions
  • Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers
  • Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform

What you will do:

  • Analyze business systems to ensure industry regulations and ethical standards
  • Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy
  • Assist the restructuring of the staff component to optimize the effective implementation of the project
  • Track implementation progress and reporting back to management
  • Evaluate the cost structures budgetary impact of the proposed changes

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of working experience in structuring changes for organizations
  • BSc/ BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related bachelors degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
  • Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of, and experience in change management principles and methodology.
