Our Customers:

Ecosystems are built on platforms that support multi-participant markets and multi-point transactions. Therefore, from an ecosystem development perspective, our customers are the participants in these ecosystems.

This can be made clearer by way of example. For the financial services platform, the resulting ecosystem has the following participants:

• Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders, etc.)
• Customers of these financial institutions
• Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers
• Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform

What you will do:

• Application Development: Design, Develop, test and maintain scalable software solutions that integrate with Finacle Core banking systems
• Finacle Integration: Customize and extend Finacle modules using Finacle Scripting Languages, APIs and Integration tools to meet business requirements
• Work closely with business units, ITSG and the center of excellence to gather requirements and deliver high quality technical solutions
• Provide Technical support for existing applications, including issue resolution, root-cause-analysis, and performance tuning.
• Conduct Unit testing, support User acceptance testing (UAT), and perform smoke testing in staging and production environments
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems, including technical specification and user guides
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to process improvements, and stay updates with emerging technologies.
• Optional - Contribute to blockchain - related initiatives as needed, including research, prototyping and integration with existing system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field
• 3+ Years of experience in software development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Hands-on experience in Finacle Customization, Scripting and Integration
• Proficiency in Programming languages such as Java, Python or C#
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices and enterprise integration patterns
• Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL and data management solutions (E.g., Oracle, MSSQL)
• Exposure to blockchain platforms (E.g. Ethereum, Hyperledger) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Contract:
  6 Months with a possible extension depending on the project needs
