  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing operations of a restaurant
  • Having full knowledge and understanding on food service, food safety and sanitation
  • Plan and work in a structured and above all trustworthy and honest way
  • Excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills
  • Works effectively and efficient even under pressure
  • Excellent customer relations and have the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Good attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive sales and revenue with excellent customer service
  • Willing to work at High Ridge
