.Revenue & Pricing Supervisor page is loaded## Revenue & Pricing Supervisorlocations: Manilatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R99435**Pricing & Product Management*** Lead pricing strategies for B2B/B2C event products to ensure profitability and competitiveness.* Manage product lifecycle: launches, updates, and retirements.* Oversee revenue forecasting, performance tracking, and pricing optimization.**Operational Leadership*** Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency in event planning, sales, and delivery.* Solve operational issues using data-driven insights and ensure compliance with business plans.* Manage multiple projects and reprioritize based on business needs.**Stakeholder Engagement*** Build proactive, consultative relationships with business units.* Align team support with event needs and explore new collaboration opportunities.* Conduct regular operations reviews and execute agreed action items.**Team Management*** Supervise a team handling business support, pricing analysis, and operations.* Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.* Provide training, mentorship, and performance management (including PIPs).* Lead team-building, strategic planning, and CSR activities.**Employee Engagement & Administration*** Oversee onboarding, attendance, and employee well-being.* Maintain attrition below 10% and address personal/work issues.* Communicate team status during crises and recommend solutions.**Reporting & Continuous Improvement*** Submit regular performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.* Drive process improvements and implement initiatives to boost efficiency.**Qualifications:*** Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in marketing, business management or other related fields* Must have at least 3- 5 years’ of working experience in the similar capacity, but preferably in revenue forecasting and analysis* At least 3 years of people management experience* Applicants must be willing to work in flexible/rotating schedule depending on business needs* Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Strong analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skills* Good communicator and strong presentation skills* Experience in events and events management a plus* Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills* Strong sense of ownership relating to tasks and responsibilities* Ability to work under pressure* Deadline-driven and attention to detail* Organized and very systematic in handling tasks at hand* Very proactive in stakeholder management, project ownership and team coordination* Very decisive and results oriented* Project and time management skills demonstrated by the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time* Strong commitment to performance and team successWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
