Pricing & Cost Manager
who can take full ownership of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and business growth—helping us stay competitive while maximizing margins.

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for new and existing services.
  • Analyze
    market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures
    to set optimal pricing points.
  • Conduct cost analysis and track changes across accounting periods, ensuring profitability is maintained.
  • Assess pricing models and recommend adjustments to improve revenue and margins.
  • Collaborate with
    sales, marketing, and finance teams
    to align pricing with business goals.
  • Act as a
    subject matter expert
    during commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on
    pricing performance, cost trends, and margin analysis
    to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    pricing strategy and cost analysis
    .
  • Strong analytical and
    financial modelling skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    , with familiarity in BI or pricing tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
  • High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and a proactive problem-solver.
