About This Role
As the Supervisor, Revenue Cycle you will oversee billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy. In this role, you will implement solutions to billing problems and oversee testing of system modifications designed to accommodate these solutions. As the Supervisor, you will participate in long-term planning and implementation projects to ensure effective use of current and future technology. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What You Will Be Doing
The Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all activities associated with the revenue cycle processes being delivered in GBS, including, but not limited to:

• Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR, and related functions.
• Lead teams within the Global Business Center based revenue cycle, including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR, and related functions.
• Provides feedback and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations.
• Communicate with internal and external groups on recommended revenue cycle strategies.
• Assist in escalations and problem-solving
• Help in training and onboarding of new team members and serve as a subject matter expert to the team.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

What We Need To See

• 3-5 years of Supervisor Health Care Reimbursement related experience, including frontend and backend billing operations.
• Candidates must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Outlook; Word and Excel preferred
• Preferred Qualifications
• Patient and customer-focused
• Must be flexible, adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment
• Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax, or web modalities.
• Demonstrated commitment to helping people and resolving issues, including those that require independent thinking and sound judgment skills not covered specifically in manuals or procedures
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in stressful situations. Experience in a multitasking role preferred
• Strong commitment to quality
• Proficient with Payer Portals, i.e Avalility, Navinet
