  • Act as an escalation point for hotel support helpdesks and Network Operations Team.

Overview

To provide technical service and expertise with the help of a team to existing and potential customers, OCD and service partners in conjunction with the Business Plan goals to meet local customer requirements and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for providing technical and engineering support to ensure maximum productivity of OCD systems. Determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications. Installs, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment for Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics in accordance with quality systems. At all times with customers and potential customers, acts as an advocate for the organization.

  • Ensure timely resolution/closure of break down calls. Ensure all SOF (Service Order Feedback) are being recorded to MXP/LN.
  • Reporting OCD product complaints within 24 hours of awareness.
  • Ensure upgrades and modifications are performed in designated territory within the specified time frame.
  • Supports the sales effort of system and service offerings, including customer training, system trials, demos
  • Ensure timely execution of preventative maintenance installation of instruments in designated territory.
  • Feedback of spare parts usage to ensure accurate and minimum spare parts inventory holding.
  • Compliance with all the applicable regulations and OCD policy
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
