Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Aviation Industry as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar leadership role.
  • A successful track record in developing and implementing HR policies and program (talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employment laws, and regulations.)
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
