Job Summary:

  • Provide HR guidance and service to promote and support the achievement of the Business Goals of the Organizational Unit or function in which they operate.
  • The HR Generalist, with the guidance of the Business Partner and HR Generalist Section Head will ensure that HR strategies are aligned and ready to support objective of the assigned unit.
  • Ensures delivery of HR Services in all HR Functions in accordance to the standards set or agreed service level agreement with the Unit or function.

Job Specification:

  • Graduate of Psychology or other related courses
  • Having RPM license is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Skills:

  • Excellent Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Word
  • Excellent Interpersonal and team building skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Willing to work extended hours on assigned projects
