Your Role in the Team
Be part of our client's team as an Admin and Data Entry Specialist and support core business operations with accuracy and efficiency. You will handle customer service, reporting, finance support, procurement, and data management, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams while playing a vital part in driving renewable energy initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and HubSpot
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
  • Basic knowledge of finance and procurement processes
  • Self-motivation and a passion for sustainability and renewable energy

What You'll Do

Customer Service
  • Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with clients
Review of Solar Jobs
  • Verify and review details of all solar jobs for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
Reporting
  • Generate and compile reports on solar jobs, customer interactions, and relevant metrics
  • Present data-driven insights to support decision-making
Finance Support
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records
Procurement Assistance
  • Enter procurement data and track orders
  • Maintain supplier relationships and process procurement documentation accurately and on time
HubSpot Management
  • Use HubSpot for customer relationship management and lead tracking
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system
Tools and Data Management
  • Use Google Suite applications for communication and collaboration
  • Perform accurate data entry and manipulation in Microsoft Excel
Flexibility
  • Follow a flexible schedule between 10 AM - 8 PM AEST based on business needs
Remote Collaboration
  • Work from home while actively contributing to business success
