Customer Success Executive (SEA) Join Isentia as a Customer Success Executive responsible for supporting customers by driving adoption and usage of the Isentia and Pulsar platforms and services. The role reports to the Customer Success Manager (SEA) and works closely with Account Management and New Business teams across the region. Responsibilities Ensure customers derive value from their subscription by understanding their business needs and responding to support queries. Configure and maintain the Isentia and Pulsar platforms for customers. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to maximize platform usage. Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to resolve customer issues. Support pre‑sales activities such as demo/trial set‑ups, volume checks, and reviewing monitoring requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate and comfortable using various software tools. Preferably experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or similar industry.
