Overview: LINSY Philippines is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team in Mandaue, Cebu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an onsite role, requiring hands-on leadership and collaboration with the team.

Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor team performance constantly, provide constructive criticism or feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and high-performing sales culture.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide guidance to the sales team on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and showroom appeal.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for senior management.
Market Development
  • Explore new markets and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in Cebu and surrounding areas.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Sales software, Microsoft Excel and Tools (CRM knowledge is a plus).
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaue, Cebu.
  • Salary Range - PHP 35,000 - PHP 40,000
