What You’ll Do: Improvements and guidelines – Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes for efficiency. Process Documentation and Governance – Develop, update and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Logistics' Operations. Ensure Compliance – Stay up to date with and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards. Team Development and Strategic Support – Foster collaboration across different stakeholders to ensure aligned, efficient and effective logistics operations execution. Reporting and Analysis – Collect data, write reports on logistics' performance and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement. Customer Service – Handle internal customers inquiries and complaints related to shipments, providing timely and accurate updates on delivery status. System Management – Ensure that all systems and process improvements align with the business objectives and operational standards. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners. Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments. Must be open to warehouse-based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Willing to do fieldwork and report onsite in BGC, Taguig.
