The Warehouse Supervisor oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff and securing the warehouse. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel on the assigned shift, to ensure proper staffing in order to receive and dispatch products at the warehouse in a productive and cost-effective manner. Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse shift, including dispatching, receiving, replenishments, and inventory control. Ensures no claims such as but not limited to inventory variances, stock damages, expired stocks, damage to customer assets, penalties, etc against the company are incurred. Ensures proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventative maintenance programs and all necessary repairs. Ensures that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions. Ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times. Prepare weekly accrual or revenue and monthly billings for submission to Finance. Assist Inventory Team in conducting cycle count/inventory count. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year business course 2-3 years of relative supervisory work experience Has warehouse management exposure/experience and people management skills Preferably, with warehousing, logistics and handling big SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) background Familiar with system application usage Knowledgeable in Distribution and Supply Chain #J-18808-Ljbffr
